By purchasing an asset from the TerraMaps Asset Shop, you have purchased the rights to use the model royalty free in your ETS2 or ATS map mod. You do not own the intellectual rights to this model or asset, meaning you cannot resell, upsale, distribute, or share this model with another map mod. Your proof of royalty free is your receipt tied into your email. 

Intellectual rights are still fully owned by models and assets sold on this website. Your purchase is allowing you unlimited access to alter and use the model or asset in your map mod royalty free without having to credit TerraMaps or the modeler. 

You can use our model/asset royalty free that you purchased (without crediting us or the original modeler) in your map mod

You can alter the model/asset as long as you use it only in your map mod.

You cannot distribute or give it away for free or for profit to anyone else

You cannot take credit for the specific model/asset you purchased from the TerraMaps Asset Shop.

By downloading a product here, you agree to these terms and conditions. Violations of these terms and conditions are subject to legal consequences, including DMCA Takedown requests of your mod.
